About collaboration

I offer professional support in event organisation — including commercial events. I have end-to-end experience in ticketed events: from concept and action plan through marketing strategy to event management.

I connect different areas so everything runs smoothly: communication (including visual), team management and event logistics. I make sure everyone knows their responsibilities and that every detail is taken care of.

If you need support within your company — whether in team leadership or on a specific project — I am happy to get involved. I can also step in as a substitute for a managerial or management position.

Event organisation is not just logistics — it requires creativity and the ability to see the project from a broader perspective. So far I have created commercial events end-to-end: from concept and brand building, through advertising and producing spots, to sales, client and venue relations (e.g. bars, restaurants), team training, team management, and running the event itself.

In my work I value good organisation, clear communication and effective action. My collaborators appreciate a transparent management style and a team-oriented approach — with focus on both atmosphere and achieving goals.

I operate in Poland; for other countries remote collaboration is possible. I am open to various forms of cooperation, terms, and partnerships outside Poland.

For commercial events, settlement based on a share of profit is possible.
